Your 11m legal starting point
11m sets out its legal terms here so you know how account access, platform rules and policy contact routes apply before you open an account. We keep this...
How our legal wording works
This legal page explains how 11m presents its terms for Pakistan where local law permits access. It is not a licence claim, legal advice or promise that every location can use the same account features. We write our rules so you can see how account creation, identity checks, wallet activity, withdrawals, promotions and support contact fit together. If a local rule, bank
control or network restriction affects access, that condition takes priority over any general platform wording. Our policy language may change when we update account tools, add verification steps or adjust Pakistan support handling. You should read the current terms before opening an account and again when we flag a material change.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
How we keep policy text checked
Our legal copy is handled as part of platform operations, not as decoration. Before we publish changes, we compare policy language with account screens, verification steps and Pakistan...
Account flow match
We check that sign-in, verification and wallet screens use wording that matches the legal terms. If a screen changes, the...
Pakistan wording
Where access depends on supported regions, we keep the phrase visible instead of hiding it in small print. That helps...
Payment label checks
JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast references are checked against the wallet labels you see inside 11m. We avoid legal wording...
Verification records
Identity or wallet checks are handled through recorded account steps. Our legal text explains why checks may be requested and...
Support alignment
Support replies use the same terms as this page when discussing account access, complaints or closure. That reduces mixed wording...
Change approval
Material legal edits are approved before publishing, then checked after release. We look for broken links, outdated labels and wording...
Consistency across our policy pages
This page sits beside our account terms, privacy wording and promotional rules. Each policy has its own job, but the same account identity and jurisdiction language should run...
| Terms page | The terms page sets the account relationship, while this legal page explains our policy posture. We keep both connected so your account duties are not split across unclear wording. |
|---|---|
| Privacy page | Privacy wording explains how account data is handled. This legal page points to that topic only where identity checks, complaints or regulatory requests affect the account relationship. |
| Promotion rules | Promotion terms carry the detail for campaign eligibility, expiry and use. This legal page only explains that those rules form part of your account conditions when accepted. |
| Wallet rules | Wallet clauses explain verification, withdrawals and payment rail references. We align those clauses with legal wording so JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast labels stay consistent. |
| Access wording | Supported-region wording appears wherever account access is discussed. This avoids one page suggesting access while another explains that local law may set a different boundary. |
| Complaint handling | Complaint steps are written across support and legal pages with the same evidence needs. Dates, account email and transaction references help us connect the issue properly. |
| Change notices | When policy wording changes, related pages should move together. We check headings, dates and linked clauses so you are not sent between mismatched versions. |
Visible markers on this page
A legal page should be easy to scan without sounding casual. We use visible markers to show what each clause does, how it links to your account and...
